35 Charles Elevator Hall Call Buttons 

Please be advised as part of the Elevator Modernization project, the hallway call buttons will not remain red once pressed. It will initially light up red, but it will not remain red after it has been pressed. The elevators and buttons are still operational, and the elevator will arrive despite it not remaining red after it has been pressed. 

35 Charles Elevator 1 Issues Resolved 

After releasing the newly modernized Elevator 1 at 35 Charles this week, contractors ran into issues which they have been working to resolve over the past few days. We have now been informed that Elevator 1 should be fully operational by Monday, August 7^th. Elevator 3 will remain fully operational and will not be taken offline until Elevator 1 is ready for release. Thank you for your patience as contractors work to resolve these issues. 

30 Charles Laundry Room Closure 

The laundry room will be closed and will not be available for tenant use on Wednesday August 9th 2023, from 12:00pm-3:00pm. 

This closure is necessary to repair valves that serve the laundry room washing machines.  

Please make sure your belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 11:30am.  

Residents are free to use the laundry room located on the 2nd floor at 35 Charles St., West.
