35 Charles Generator Replacement: Planned Power Outage: Please be advised that 35 Charles will experience a planned power outage to facilitate work related to the generator replacement project. Longer Elevator Wait Times This Weekend at 30 Charles 

Please be advised that there are a number of move-ins scheduled at 30 Charles this weekend, leaving only two elevators in service. Residents can expect longer wait times for the elevator during this period. Whenever possible, we advise residents to allocate additional time when leaving or returning to the building, and if able to, use the stairs. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Package Deliveries at UFH 

There has been an increase in packages being left in the lobbies at 30 and 35 Charles. Residents are responsible for their packages and for making sure they have taken the steps outlined on our website to ensure safe package delivery.  

Security cannot receive packages and is not responsible for the safekeeping of packages left in the lobbies. Packages left in the lobbies will be Returned to Sender.  

Residents are strongly encouraged to use a courier hub (e.g., Penguin Pickup, Canada Post FlexDelivery) and should report any packages marked as “handed to receptionist/concierge” directly to the delivery company. Residents may also report lost or stolen packages to Campus Safety.
