Keep Vestibules and Common Areas Clear

As always, please keep your vestibules and common hallways free of clutter and household items as it is both important and a legal requirement that egress is maintained, especially when more than one tenant shares the space.

A means of egress is an unobstructed path to leave buildings, structures, and spaces and is comprised of exit access, exit, and exit discharge.

If you have large seasonal items that you would like stored, kindly contact our Property Management staff for further information.

Secure Outdoor Belongings

When bringing out your bicycles, scooters, toys, strollers, gardening equipment, barbeques, and other warm weather related items, please ensure that they are securely locked up outside, or put away inside after use to ensure their security.

Safety and Security Reminders

Take care to lock your unit’s doors and windows when absent from your unit and remember to do the same before walking away from your vehicle.

If you should notice a strange or questionable activity please alert the property management team at 647-294-5741 and Campus Security at 416-978-2323.

If you see a crime in progress, call 911.

Report Nesting Wildlife

If you happen to notice any of the neighbourhood’s wildlife nesting in the exterior of your house, kindly inform the property management team.

Allowing animals to nest can damage the house and may lead to animals entering your home.

Outdoor Maintenance Reporting

Please advise the property management team if you notice any maintenance or operational issues in the neighbourhood including:

• Malfunctioning motion sensor light
• Broken fence or gate lock
• Someone parking where they shouldn’t
• Items or people near the exterior property of one’s unit that do not appear to belong there
