Balcony Cleaning & Outdoor Plant Care Reminder 

With the beautiful weather outside, many residents will be spending more time on their balconies. Please be mindful of other residents when cleaning your balcony or watering your outdoor plants. To prevent any debris or water from falling on balconies below, sweep and mop towards your unit when cleaning your balcony and assure that any outdoor plants are placed on plant drainage trays. 

June Unit Renovations at Charles Street 

For the month of June, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Continued Construction Work Outside 35 Charles 

Please be advised that on Sunday, June 4th, from 10:00am – 4:00pm (approximately) contractors will be onsite to finish cutting lines in the concrete outside of the east stairwell at 35 Charles. The contractor will ensure that residents can still enter and exit safely, but it will be dusty/noisy work so please avoid this area if possible. This work is being done to improve the drainage in this area of the building. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
