Prohibited Appliances in Charles Street  

Residents are reminded that portable dishwashers and laundry machines are prohibited in our residence. Our operations team has recently been informed of and observed a number of problems related to these appliances, specifically soap and debris building up in the sinks of units on the same water lines. In addition to these issues, these appliances risk flooding and severely affect water pressure and temperature in surrounding units and pull staffing and financial resources from other parts of the building. 

If you have one of these appliances, it is imperative that you stop using these prohibited machines and that it leaves your unit immediately. It must not be sold within the building. If you continue to keep it in your unit, you are in direct violation of your lease agreement.
