From Kazakhstan to Toronto: Aliya’s Inspiring Journey 

Aliya Mustafina, one of Charles Street’s Residence Advisor’s, was featured in an article on the Spaces and Experiences website where she and her family were interviewed. Beyond Perfection: Unlocking Emotional Freedom

Participants will explore how perfectionism holds us back and discover ways to break free from its grip, through mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, and creative reflection. This hybrid session is led by Pamela Calero, Communication Artist and Visual Storyteller, and Catalina Piedrahita, Music Therapist & Yoga Instructor. Register here.
