30 Cahrles Elevator 3 Complete, Elevator 1 Set To Be Modernized

We are excited to announce that the modernization of elevator #3 at 30 Charles is completed and fully operational. Additionally, the hallway call buttons have been updated and will now allow elevators #2 and #3 to pick up residents from the lobby and all floors.  

Elevator #1 (Service Elevator) will now be the next to be modernized, rather than elevator #4 as previously planned. This decision was made due to the issues discovered with elevator #1 earlier this week.
