Notice of Noisy Work at 35 Charles

Update to Timeline as of August 25, 2023: We have been informed by the contractors conducting the work on the second-floor terrace at 35 Charles that they were unable to begin this week due to the weather. The repairs are now scheduled to begin Monday, August 28^th and are expected to finish Wednesday, August 30^th.  

Original Notice:

Please be advised that there will be some construction work taking place on the 2nd floor terrace (located on the north side of 35 Charles St. West) on Wednesday, August 23rd and Thursday, August 24th. This work is necessary in order to service the below commercial units and will involve some drilling and cutting of the existing pavers on the terrace. The contractor has been given access to the terrace, beginning at 6:30am, however they will not be conducting any noisy work until after 9:00am and no later than 5:00pm daily. Units facing north will be mostly impacted by this work, and those on lower floors (2 – 4) may wish to close window blinds to maintain privacy while the work is being completed.
