35 Charles Emergency Building Wide Hot and Cold Water Shut off
Please be advised that the hot and cold water at 35 Charles Street West will be turned off on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (approx.)
This service interruption is necessary to replace riser isolation valves.
The laundry room will also remain closed, but residents are free to use the laundry room and washrooms located on the 3rd floor at 30 Charles St., West.
Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.
