35 Charles Building Wide Hot & Cold Water Shut Down

Please be advised that the hot and cold water will be turned off on Thursday, November 21st between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (approx.)

This service interruption is necessary to repair riser isolation valves, in-unit hot supply pipes, laundry room draining cleaning, and laundry room valve replacements.

The laundry room will also remain closed. Residents are free to use the laundry room and washrooms located on the 3rd floor at 30 Charles St., West.

Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.
