Laundry Prices Discrepancy
The Building Operations & Services team has received concerns regarding a $0.25 price increase for washer and dryer cycles in our laundry rooms. We have contacted Coinamatic to address this unauthorized price increase promptly and minimize any impact. Their service manager has confirmed they’re actively investigating the issue and several of the prices have already been corrected.
Refund requests for washer and dryer cycles can be made to Coinamatic via their online portal or via phone at 1-800-561-1972.
