35 Charles Generator Replacement: Planned Power Outage: Please be advised that 35 Charles will experience a planned power outage to facilitate work related to the generator replacement project. This shutdown will be approximately 8-10 hours and has been scheduled for Monday March 17th starting at 8:30pm to Tuesday March 18th at 7:00am. For more information, please click here.

Residence Office Temporarily Closed for Repair 

The Residence Office, located in suite 102 at 35 Charles, will be temporarily closed on September 22, 2022 to complete a drainpipe replacement in the office. Security will be available during the closure, which you can contact at 416-729-1592 or 647-234-4050. 

Reminder of Current Residence Office Email 

Please note that the correct email address for contacting the Residence Office is operationscharles.ufh@utoronto.ca. We have been informed of residents attempting to contact the office through our previous email address, which is no longer in use. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. 

Keep Our Community Clean 

This is a friendly reminder to residents to not leave garbage or other items on the bench outside of the entrance to 35 Charles. Please dispose of garbage in the appropriate receptacles. Gently used items can be donated to the Free Store located on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles.
