As a reminder, we wanted to share the various ways our residents can get in touch with UFH and Property Management Team at Huron-Sussex.

Richmond Advisory Services Inc. (RAS) is appointed by the University of Toronto to provide property management services to our residential properties. They maintain an on-site office at 375 Huron Street that is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We encourage you to use Rent Cafe for your maintenance requests and paying rent.

For emergency repairs the RAS 24 hour/7 days a week bilingual call centre is
