AC Installation & Removal – Book Now!

As outdoor temperatures begin to warm up, or as you plan to move out during the summer months, consider scheduling an appointment to have your air conditioner installed sooner rather than later. All window mounted air conditioners must be installed and removed through Housing Services at a cost paid for by residents. There are a limited number of weekly appointments available, and these fill up quickly in summer months, so please book your appointment well in advance to ensure your air conditioner is installed or removed by your desired date.

It is strictly prohibited for residents to install or remove a window mounted air conditioner themselves.

Please be advised that the central heating system will be powered down on May 15, 2026, as the building is now able to maintain an ambient indoor temperature of approximately 21°C.
