Breakfast & Mindfulness

Join our mindfulness series with Student Life | Multi-faith Centre! Enjoy a light breakfast (9:30-10 am) followed by a workshop (10-11 AM).
Sessions include an intro to mindfulness, mindful parenting & partnership, self-compassion, and gratitude.

Sustainable Living Series
March 17 – March 27 | Various Times | Recreation Room and Allan Gardens Conservatory Tour
Learn to repurpose old clothing and household items in our Upcycling Workshop. Join us for a rain or shine self guided tour of Allan Gardens Conservatory to explore plant life from around the world. Then put your sorting skills to the test in a fun waste Sorting Competition with sustainable prizes to be won!
English Conversation Circle
March 18, 25, April 1 and 9 | 6:45pm – 8:15pm | 35 Charles Recreation Room
The English Conversation Series is a four session, 90 minute community conversation program designed to support UFH residents in developing confidence and fluency in everyday English. The series is open to both returning and new participants and focuses on practical, real-world communication topics that differ from the fall sessions.

30 Charles Lobby Fire Prevention Booth
U of T Fire Prevention will be hosting a pop-up booth at UFH on March 10th from 10am – 1pm in the 30 Charles lobby! Fire Prevention staff will be on site to share information related to fire prevention and safety. The team will have plinko to play with some fire safety questions and fire safety swag to win!

Mac ‘n’ Cheese Smackdown is back!
Watch as five teams go head-to-head, serving up their most creative and mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese creations. Taste your way through the competition, cheer on your favourites, and cast your vote to help crown this year’s People’s Choice champion!
