Please be advised that the Housing Services Office will close at 2:00PM on Thursday March 19, 2026, for staff training.

Residence Advisor Office Hour Change

Residence Advisor Office Hours on Wednesday, March 18th has been rescheduled to Monday March 16th, 2026 from 7:00pm-9:00pm in Suite 209 (35 Charles St W).

Regular Wednesday night RA office hours will resume on March 25th. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any confusion this change in schedule may have caused.

Parcel Locker Opt In Period Open!

All residents at 30 and 35 Charles were sent an email update earlier today announcing that residents may now opt in to the new parcel locker service at Charles Street!

To use the parcel lockers, located in the stairwell vestibule leading to the 35 Charles parking garage, residents must first opt in to the service, provide contact information, and agree to the terms of use.

To review the parcel locker user agreement before submitting your opt-in, please visit our website.
