30 Charles Building-Wide Hot and Cold Water Shutdown 

Please be advised that the hot and cold water supply to all units will be shut off on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (approx.) 

This emergency service interruption is necessary to replace isolation valves. The laundry room will also remain closed. 

Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on’. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your ongoing patience. 

Flooding and Debris from Balconies 

This is a reminder to residents to please be mindful when cleaning balconies as water and debris can negatively affect those living below them. Please do not hose off your balconies for an extended period as we have had reports of floods on lower balconies. Additionally, when sweeping or clearing debris, please do not allow the debris to fall from your balcony.  

These actions can cause damage to residents’ personal property and the buildings, and potentially cause injuries to those below. Residents will be held responsible for any damage they cause.
