30 Charles Garbage Room Access

January 12 – January 16

Please be advised that access to the garbage room via the lobby at 30 Charles Street West will be closed starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, and will reopen at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026.

This temporary closure is required to facilitate renovation work to relocate the fire hose cabinet located adjacent to the garbage room access door.

During this period, residents may access the garbage room via the garage entrance on Balmuto Street, across from the Manulife Centre. A security guard will be stationed at the garage door 24/7 to provide access as needed.

Residents are kindly asked to be mindful of other residents, staff, and surrounding equipment when entering the space through this alternate access point.

The cork bulletin board located in the 30 Charles lobby will also be temporarily removed to facilitate this repair.

For the month of January, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
