January 20 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Discover how decorative designs on clothing, weapons, and everyday objects tell powerful stories about culture, identity, and history found on South Asian objects from the museum’s collection. Through guided drawing exercises, you will break down patterns, symbols, and motifs to better understand what they represent — and how ornamentation connects the past with the present.
NOTE: Includes FREE general admission to the ROM after the workshop.
Group meets on January 20th at 13:30 pm at 35 Charles St Lobby.
