A supportive space to connect, share and nurture wellbeing with other parents and babies.
Who:
Postpartum parents and caregivers living in UFH – infants welcome! [First year + following birth or placement of an infant ages one and under 18 months]
What to Expect
A facilitated small group space to:
- Share experiences, be seen and heard without judgement
- Reflect on birth stories or foster/adoptive placements
- Explore changing identities and relationships during postpartum
- Build support, resources and community connections with postpartum neigbours
Facilitator:
Led by UFH community member Abigail Lash-Ballew, social worker, student and mother of two.
