30 Charles Garbage Chute Closed for Repairs

Please be advised that the garbage chute in 30 Charles will be closed for repairs on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Closing the garbage chutes is necessary to protect the safety of the technicians working and prevent debris from falling on them.

Bike Room, Bike Racks & Bike Cage Clean-Up

As a reminder, the following areas will be cleaned up on Wednesday August 20th, 2025, at 10:30am:

• Long-Term Bike Storage Room (located next to the community playground);
• Parking Level A Bike Enclosure;
• Bike racks outside the entrance of 35 Charles Street West;
• The two bike racks located on the A-Level of the parking garage (A-36 & A-129)

Any bicycles (and accessories) found stored in these areas after 10:30 am on August 20th will have their locks cut off and will be removed and disposed of.

This is necessary to identify any abandoned bicycles, create more parking space for our residents, and clean garbage and debris from inside the cage and racks.

A reminder to all residents: the cage and racks are for daily use and are not intended to be used as a long-term storage solution.

Residents may continue use of the noted cage and racks any time after 5:00 pm on the dates noted.
