Holiday Break Information and Safety Precautions
Our Admissions office will be closed for the Holidays from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to Friday, January 2, 2026, inclusive. Emails will not be monitored during this time. The Property Management Office will remain open throughout the holiday break. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact 437-215-5734 or the RAS 24 hour/7 days a week call centre at 1-866-548-4019.
We also wanted to remind residents of Toronto Police and Campus Safety recommendations they can take for parcel deliveries during this busy shopping period, including:
- Be home for your delivery or reschedule for a time when you are.
- Deliver to an alternate location, for example, your office.
- Use a courier hub, such as Penguin Pickup, Canada Post Flex Delivery, or Amazon Pickup.
- Obtain a signature upon delivery.
- Sign up for delivery alerts.
We encourage residents to file a report with Campus Safety should they experience parcel theft. They can be reached by calling their non-emergency line: 416-978-2323.
For emergencies, Campus Safety can be reached at 416-978-2222 or 911. We also recommend community members store Campus Safety’s numbers in their phone and install the Campus Safety App.
